SPORT4KIDS EDUCATION

Healthy Minds & Bodies

Healthy Habits. Strong Minds. Active Futures.
IN DEVELOPMENT

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy, feel supported and develop the confidence to face life's challenges.

Physical and mental well-being are essential foundations for childhood development, learning and a positive future. Healthy habits, emotional awareness and supportive relationships can help young people thrive both on and off the playing field.

Healthy Minds & Bodies is a planned educational initiative by SPORT4KIDS designed to promote health awareness, emotional well-being and healthy lifestyles among children and young people in Novo Selo, Macedonia.

Building on our established football and volleyball communities, we aim to combine the positive experiences of sport with age-appropriate educational activities focused on physical health, mental well-being and everyday habits.

Our Approach

Supporting Health and Well-Being Through Sport

Sport provides valuable opportunities for children to experience movement, cooperation, friendship and personal achievement.

However, a healthy lifestyle involves more than physical activity. Nutrition, rest, emotional well-being, supportive relationships and healthy everyday routines all contribute to a child's overall development.

Our planned programme aims to connect sporting participation with practical health education, encouraging young people to understand their bodies, recognise emotions and develop positive daily habits.

Activities will be designed to be inclusive, age-appropriate and supportive, with a focus on education, prevention and personal development.

Well-being is more than physical fitness. It is feeling healthy, supported and confident in everyday life.

Well-Being Through Our Sports Community

Two Sports. One Shared Commitment to Well-Being.

These sporting communities provide familiar environments in which children and young people can develop friendships, experience teamwork and learn about healthy lifestyles.

Healthy Minds & Bodies is intended to create additional educational opportunities for participants from both clubs, with activities adapted to their age and developmental needs.

Our Long-Term Vision

Building a Healthier Generation Through Sport and Education

Our ambition is to make health awareness and emotional well-being an accessible part of personal development for children and young people in Novo Selo.

By building on the relationships created through football and volleyball, we aim to encourage healthy habits, strengthen positive relationships and help young people develop confidence in everyday life.

As the programme develops, we hope to collaborate with educators, qualified health professionals, volunteers and local partners to provide reliable and age-appropriate health education.

Our educational activities are intended to promote health awareness and prevention. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
