Future Leaders is a planned educational initiative by SPORT4KIDS designed to support the personal development, leadership abilities and future perspectives of young people in Novo Selo, Macedonia.
Building on the relationships created through football and volleyball, we aim to help young people discover their strengths, explore educational and career pathways, develop essential competencies and take an active role in their communities.
Developing Tomorrow's Leaders
Sport provides opportunities for young people to experience responsibility, cooperation, decision-making and leadership in everyday situations.
Through team activities, young players learn to communicate, support others, respond to challenges and take responsibility for their actions.
Our planned programme aims to build on these experiences by connecting sporting participation with structured personal development, educational guidance and career exploration.
We want young people to recognise their individual strengths, develop confidence in their decisions and understand that leadership can take many different forms.

Two Sports. Shared Leadership Opportunities.
SPORT4KIDS works with two established partner clubs in Novo Selo: FK Ogražden and ŽOK Novo Selo.
Their sporting structures provide a familiar environment in which children and young people can experience teamwork, responsibility and leadership.
Future Leaders is intended to build on these experiences by connecting participants from both sports with additional opportunities for personal development, mentoring and career exploration.
